Te explico:
Al parecer el Duque de Edimburgo, que es el segundo de la izquierda, se hecho una "flatulencia" en pleno acto oficial, y todos a su alrededor se dan cuenta de la gracia del duque y no aguntan la risa (ni el aroma).
